GF is available @ an added $7/pp extra. Eight GF pizzas is our maximum amount, please let us know in advance as this is a store bought item, not always available. We are not GF professionals, due to our enclosed kitchen. If there is a Celiac concern, we’re concerned.

Buffet Service for all parties.

35-49 People – $12 a person for pizza.
*$150 non-refundable booking fee and a $150 deposit due in order to book your event. (Deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice, due the day of your event) For 30 minutes of pizza service. $150 for each additional hour.

50-99 people – $12 a person for pizza.
*$250 non-refundable booking fee and a $250 deposit due in order to book your event. (Deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice, due the day of your event) For 30-45 minutes of pizza service.
$200 for each additional hour.

100-149 people – $12 a person for pizza.
*$350 non-refundable booking fee and a $350 deposit due in order to book your event. (Deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice, due the day of your event) For 30-45 minutes of pizza service. $250 for each additional hour.

150-199 people – $12 a person for pizza.

*$450 non-refundable booking fee and a $450 deposit due in order to book your event. (Deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice, due the day of your event) for 45-60 minutes of pizza service. $250 for each additional hour.

200-249 people – $12 a person for pizza.

*$550 non-refundable booking fee and a $550 deposit due in order to book your event. (Deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice, due the day of your event) for 60-90 minutes of pizza service. $350 for each additional hour.

Service times are dependent on your M/C and or coordinator also if we serve single or double sided table. We can handle the biggest of headcount, expeditiously 😎

For events with more than 75 guests, an additional Arbia helper may be required on-site, to assist in the preparation and food service at $150.00. With larger parties, we may need more than one.

Also, any food service over the contracted time will be billed as listed for each additional hour. (Extra service time doesn’t refer to extra pizza. This is an option for you if all of your guests are not showing up at the same time.)

When appetizers or desserts are ordered from Arbia, there is no additional service charge. (30-60 minutes included, depending on headcount)

All of our Dough, Sauces, Dressings and Drizzles are homemade.

*This is a non-refundable fee, not to be confused with a deposit. Our booking fee, is to lock in the date for you, and ARBIA PIZZA. If you cancel; both booking fee and deposit will be forfeited to Arbia, If Arbia cancels… you get both deposit and booking fee back. FYI, We have never cancelled. Washington Sales Tax is be applied to all food items. Additional mileage and travel time charges will applied for any event outside of Anacortes, WA. Full contracted amount will be due upon arrival. We cater from just outside of our trailer, if you need us to expedite or run our services other than that, an additional fee will be applied. (I.e. inside a building, 5′ away, across the field, up the stairs…)

A 110/120V, dedicated to us solely, outlet needs to be available within 90′ from our #Pizzastream trailer

We roll hot with our Airstream trailer (#Pizzastream) for your special event based on; availability, location, Mileage, size of service parking and ease of entry & exit area (min of 55’x10′). For both truck & trailer, there MUST be a LEVEL surface for us to park on. These are very important details, if we can’t verify via map apps, there may be a ‘recon’ fee to access the location. We always leave the truck and trailer connected, if we have to separate the two, a small service fee may be charged. During our peak season, (April-Oct) our minimum catering food amount is a $1000 with a minimum head count of 50 guests. Off season minimum headcount is 35 ppl with a $700 food minimum. Certain conditions or locations might impact our minimum policy. Pricing subject to minor changes for 2025 bookings

Tip or Gratuity..

Arbia and their hard working employees strive for the best experience, yet we feel Gratuity is up to you. We do not automatically add a percentage.
